This facility is located in the gorgeous Manoa valley and was created by the High Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) to develop Hawaii's high technology industry. The center is spread around 3 acres which is delightfully landscaped and has offices ranging from 250 to 1000 square feet. Tenants have access to high speed Internet access, PBX and cabling, three conference rooms, as well as presentation and conferencing equipment. Occupants are provided with centralized/shared support including full-time administrative staff, mail handling, receptionist, voice mail, voice message, photocopying and facsimile services. Early stage occupants are also offered business plan assistance, business and financial consulting, and management in addition to assistance in developing marketing and sales strategies.

The park was developed in 1987 by Castle & Cooke Properties. The park has been designated as a Free Trade Zone by the U.S Department of Commerce. The park is also classified as an enterprise zone. As such, qualified companies can benefit from various state and county incentives. This provides tenants with essential savings by avoiding U.S. customs duties, bonds, and taxes. Tenants have access to one of the world's most potent supercomputer systems located at the Maui High Performance Computing Center. The park is also equipped with broadband fiber optic cable and DSL connections.

James Campbell Industrial Park

Spread around 1,367 acres, it is the state's largest industrial park with its companies representing the following industries: construction, manufacturing, import/export, recycling, power generation, warehouse and distribution. The industrial park is served by the adjacent deep-draft Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor, the state's second busiest commercial harbor.

Airport Industrial Park -
A multi-level office / technology / industrial complex neighboring the Honolulu International Airport. The park has excellent fiber optic and broad band access. It is an excellent position for cellular, microwave and PCS antennas. Each building is currently serviced by one emergency generator with clients having the flexibility to install additional emergency generators and fuel tanks. The buildings meet code requirements for "Type I" construction (the same as high-rise office buildings located downtown).
