body for Hawaii's Call Center Industry. HCCA is focused on Industry

Call Center Training Program
Hawaii Call Centers Association working with the Honolulu
Community College and Manpower International has implemented Hawaii's
first public Call Center Training program. This program provides
potential candidates with entry level skills training and provide
HCCA members with pre-screened and pre-trained job candidates.

Qualified call centers established in Enterprise Zones are entitled
to state tax holidays and local tax incentives.
- No tax on gross income derived from out-of-state
contracts
- No tax on inventory, furniture, equipment
or machinery
- Credit granted against taxes paid on the
purchase of capital goods, machinery, and equipment
