Office Space

On average, the vacancy rate for metropolitan office space is about 18 percent. Honolulu has 14 Class A buildings (4,731,890 sq ft), 75 Class B buildings (7,747,852 sq ft.) and 73 Class C buildings (2,890,435 sq ft.). In 2002, Honolulu had approximately 15 million square feet of office space. Much of it is wired with technology in mind.

Gross Rent
